The Bachelor’s program in Teaching Vietnamese as a Foreign Language was established in the context of Vietnam’s increasing integration into the global community, attracting international students and promoting the Vietnamese language worldwide. It also responds to practical needs from foreign experts, overseas Vietnamese communities, and international enterprises.

The program in Teaching Vietnamese as a Foreign Language (under the major of Vietnamese Language and Culture) not only enables learners to systematically master the Vietnamese language and culture, but also develops their teaching skills in a professional and scientific manner. In particular, students will acquire proficiency in a foreign language (English, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean), enabling them to operate effectively in both teaching and academic environments.
